Vehicle specifications, prices, incentives and charging-station details change, and we make mistakes. If you’ve spotted something wrong, we want to fix it.

How to report something

Use the Contact form and include the page URL, what’s wrong, and — if you have one — a source we can verify it against. For a specific charging station, the station’s own detail page also has a “Report incorrect information” link.

What happens next

• Reports are treated as unverified leads, not automatic edits — we check before changing published data.
• Once verified, we update the record and its “last verified” date rather than silently editing the number with no trace.
• For a substantive factual error in an article, we correct it and, where the change is significant, note that a correction was made.

What we won’t do

We won’t quietly delete or alter published pricing or policy history to make a past claim look more accurate than it was at the time — see Sources & Data for how we handle conflicting or time-sensitive information.
